- **Magnet Global Sales team **is a high-performance operating group under a clear mission narrative, having greater degree of employee and customer satisfaction and retention, growing quickly while being extremely profitable.- A quote from your leader- “Reporting to the Revenue Operations Manager, the Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing operational support to the Sales team as part of their day-to-day operations. This role will facilitate the activities and processes of the Sales team, to help optimize their execution and performance”._
- What You Will Accomplish- Support the Revenue Operations Manager with building sales processes, creating and delivering reports and building management dashboards to facilitate understanding of Sales team progress, achievements, and gaps, as well as pipeline analysis, closed deal analysis, competitors, etc.
- Assist the Sales team with the creation of sales proposals, opportunities, and quotes in SFDC; track and report on SFDC hygiene
- Support the preparation of RFP/tender/framework response and administration; review and implement processes to enable Sales efficiency
- Partner with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams, including Deal Desk, on deals requiring clarification, additional documentation, and/or support
- Process contract renewals, including upgrades and amendments
- Help maintain contact, account, and contract data in SFDC
- Collaborate with the Business Systems team to design and deliver business and system projects
- Assist with gathering sales requirements and supporting the launch of new products
- Document and train the sales team on processes, policies, and help materials
- Support the Sales team with admin duties, including management of Sales inbox

- Relevant business experience in a high-growth tech company is preferred

- Highly organized with an aptitude for using a collaborative approach to problem solve
