**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
As a member of the Global Marketing Operations team, the Lead Revenue Operations Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the Marketing function at OpenText. The incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of recurring reports as well as the creation of ad hoc reports. The primary dataset this role will focus on is CRM data (leads, conversion rates, pipeline analysis, close rates, BDR performance, etc.).
Marketing Operations produces an array of recurring (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and the incumbent will be responsible for a portfolio of these reports. In addition, the incumbent will use their advanced analytics skills to work on various ad hoc requests.
In addition to producing reports you will have the opportunity to help the team automate these reports. Many of these reports are highly manual and we are looking for someone who will be able to suggest ways to improve existing report creation processes.
**YOU ARE GREAT AT**:
- Produce a variety of business-critical reports in Excel. Once the report has been created you will be responsible for including relevant analysis, interpreting results and highlighting key talking points to stakeholders.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis of business issues through database querying to capture data either proactively or at the request of stakeholders.
- You will gain strong business domain expertise to better understand the business mechanics that generated the data. You will build strong relationships and will work closely with stakeholders to ensure business needs are addressed.
- Work with VPs of Marketing and stakeholders in various functions to deliver strategic reports to help them make informed decisions. For example, are we investing in the right programs? Do we have enough pipeline for next year? Which events are working? Why is pipeline increasing/declining? etc.
- Provide analysis & insight on management dashboards to facilitate effective understanding of progress, achievements, and gaps; includes lead analysis, pipeline analysis, closed deal analysis, account segmentation, etc.
- Contribute to the automation of reports in collaboration with the developer team.
**WHAT IT TAKES**:
- Expert level knowledge of Excel and MS Office (ex: Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and ability to bridge the gap between the two groups. Must be able to educate non-technical audiences on methods and techniques used when building technical solutions
- Strong research, analytical/decision making and problem-solving skills.
- A degree/diploma in quantitative disciplines such as Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of VBA
- Knowledge of PowerBI
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience reporting on Sales and/or Marketing data (leads, conversion rates, pipeline analysis, close rates, BDR performance, etc.).
- Salesforce experience (basic navigation, creating reports and dashboards in Salesforce)

Le titulaire sera responsable d’un portefeuille de rapports récurrents ainsi que de la création de rapports ad hoc. Le principal ensemble de données sur lequel ce rôle se concentrera est celui des données CRM (prospects, taux de conversion, analyse du pipeline, taux de clôture, performances BDR, etc.).
Les opérations marketing produisent un éventail de rapports récurrents (hebdomadaires, mensuels, trimestriels) et le titulaire sera responsable d’un portefeuille de ces rapports. De plus, le titulaire utilisera ses compétences avancées en analytique pour travailler sur diverses demandes ponctuelles.
En plus de produire des rapports, vous aurez la possibilité d’aider l’équipe à automatiser ces rapports. Beaucoup de ces rapports sont très manuels et nous recherchons quelqu’un qui sera en mesure de suggérer des moyens d’améliorer les processus de création de rapports existants.
**VOUS ÊTES DOUÉ POUR**:
- Produisez une variété de rapports critiques dans Excel. Une fois le rapport créé, vous serez responsable d’inclure une analyse pertinente, d’interpréter les résultats et de mettre en évidence les principaux points de discussion aux parties prenantes.
- Effectuer une analyse ad hoc des problèmes opérationnels par le biais d’interrogations dans les bases de données afin de capturer les données de manière proactive ou à la demande des parties prenantes.
