**Atlas-Apex Roofing Inc. (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) is currently seeking talented, motivated individuals looking for a challenge in a fast-paced setting to join the team in the following role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership for the Atlas-Apex Nova Scotia branch and support its growth.
- Promote a positive company image through quality service to ensure employee, customer and supplier satisfaction.
- Ensuring all corporate policies, protocols, and procedures related to the ERS and POS systems are properly entered and managed and that ERS and POS documents are properly and professionally completed, kept up to date, and entered in their respective systems.
- Foster a customer-centric environment where caring, responsive service is paramount.
- Monitor work orders for accuracy to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Develop new customer relationships and new business for the branch.
- Manage your team within a fast paced, customer-focused environment that includes hiring and scheduling.
- Provide professional development for employees through coaching, mentoring, and training with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees.
- Measure workforce effectiveness, create objectives, deliver performance reviews, and address performance gaps.
- Oversee employees and subcontractors in successfully completing projects in a timely and efficient manner to meet or exceed profit goals on each job.
- Achieve targets linked to the P&L of the Branch
- In collaboration with the Senior Management group, establish branch short / long-term planning and budget levels to support strategic business objectives.
- Direct branch’s internal operations and manage branch performance, resource allocation and policy to achieve budgeted results and other financial criteria.
- Participate in the development and execution of the branch’s marketing and sales strategy.
- Provide input of inventory requirements to achieve market penetration goals.
- Offer feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
- Ensure the branch is always operating at peak performance.

**Skills/ Qualifications**
- High school diploma a must. College degree a plus
- 3-5 years’ construction (roofing) estimating experience required
- Knowledge of various flat roofing systems: e.g. TPO, PVC, BUR, etc.
- Ability to read and comprehend bid specifications and contract documents. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must.
- Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one to clients, consultants, and other employees within the company as needed.
- Ability to understand and carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems in a creative manner. Must be a problem solver
- Ability to relate well to all kinds of people, can build constructive and effective relationships using diplomacy and tact.
- Must be a self-motivated person with the ability to work at fast paced professional level.
- Valid driver’s license with clean abstract
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
