**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid for efficient estimating processes.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for pricing.
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain the best prices for materials and services.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining estimated costs, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Monitor project budgets throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to estimates.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance estimating accuracy.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction estimating with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in using estimating software such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in pricing.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A background in project management is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
