**Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Salt Truck Driver to join our team. **You must have a DZ licence.**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate Salt Truck to clear snow and ice from roadways, parking lots and other designated areas.
- Maintaining clean sites, ensuring no property damage during snow removal
- Respond to emergency calls for snow removal, especially during heavy snowfalls or severe weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch to report road conditions, progress, and any issues encountered.
- Spread salt, sand, or other de-icing agents on road surfaces to enhance traction and melt ice.
- Work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and potentially at night, to ensure timely snow removal.
- Maintain records of work completed, including time logs, equipment maintenance records, and reports on materials used.
- Load own truck
- Provide professional service
- Follow all health & safety regulations

**Qualifications**
- Must have proven experience using a Salt Truck
- Must have a valid drivers license and a clean drivers abstract
- The role demands flexible hours, often overnight, including weekends and holidays
- On-call availability
- Cell phone data with data required

**Experience**:

- Salt truck driving: 3 years (required)

**Job Type**: Seasonal

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
