**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Respond promptly to service calls for vehicle towing or roadside assistance.
- Assess the situation of disabled vehicles and determine the best method for towing.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with customers about the towing process.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs on vehicles when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided, including details of each tow.
- Ensure that all equipment is in good working condition and perform routine maintenance checks on the tow truck.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while on duty.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving,with a valid Ontario Tow License
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Prior experience in towing or roadside assistance or working with insurance companies ( Copart, IAA)

We work directly for Copart. Driver Will complete approx 4-8 cars a day and get paid per car They delivery.

DRIVER MUST HAVE ONTARIO TOW LICENSE

Driver must know how to drive a MANUAL TRANSMISSION.

DRIVER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN TOWING WITH FLATBED

**Experience**:

- Flatbed driving: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Tow license (required)
