**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow trucks and other heavy equipment to clear snow and ice from roads, parking lots, and sidewalks.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing conditions to maintain safe driving surfaces.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
- Communicate effectively with team members and dispatch regarding route status and any issues encountered.
- Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper handling of equipment.
- Assist in the training of new operators as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in commercial driving, with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred.
- Familiarity with operating various types of vehicles such as dump trucks, box trucks, tractor-trailers, or heavy equipment.
- Previous experience in snow removal or related fields is highly desirable.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
- Experience in warehouse operations or freight handling is beneficial.
