**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Support sales management by tracking inventory levels and assisting with restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and enhance overall performance.
- Handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing returns.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales interactions.
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and managing inventory.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
- A proactive attitude toward upselling and providing solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: $36,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
