We are searching for experienced business-to-business sales reps with a proven track record of success.

Our ideal Salon/Spa Sales Consultant will deliver professional presentations to Salon/Spa owners, Stylists, Estheticians and Nail Technicians and uphold the ideals and standards of our company.

The successful Sales Consultant will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations by maintaining and growing the customer spend in your established Territory.

**Salon/Spa Sales Consultant Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right brand to help grow the salon's business.
- Maintain high levels of customer retention.
- Develop business plans to grow business within your Territory.
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers.
- Use digital media and available training resources to stay up to date on product features.
- Consistently seek out and develop new customer prospects.
- Educate customers on performance/support-based solutions.

**Salon/Spa Sales Consultant Qualifications and Skills**:

- Effective closer
- Experience with in-person, consultative Business 2 Business Sales or account managing and prospecting.
- Successful track record of achieving and exceeding set targets.
- A passion for constantly learning and keeping up to speed with industry knowledge and trends.
- Strong client-facing presence with superior communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
- An energetic self-starter with the drive to succeed, goal-oriented and target-focused.
- Tenacious, assertive, and persistent with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential

Benefits are available after a successful three-month probation period including Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $56,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
