**Field Team Captain**

**Location**: Winnipeg, MB - office based in Oak Bluff**Job Type**: Full-time. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 7 pm, a variety of shifts are available.
- **Starting pay**: $20/hour base + tips, bonuses and other incentives (usually $2-3/hr extra)
- As junk removal is covered as an essential service, 1-800-GOT-JUNK? has adjusted its service model to a “No Contact Junk Removal Service”. We take measures to ensure our team members have access to the recommended precautions and enforce our safety focus areas of: healthy teams, physical distance, safety equipment, and training.
- As the Captain of the team, you'll be working side by side in the field with your team, while overseeing the day to day operations, from training plans, motivating your bench of employees, to end of day reports.- Each day, you'll be driving to local residences and businesses in our clean shiny trucks to take away their unwanted items. - 18+ years of age-
- A valid standard driver's license & good driving record-
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude-
- Previous customer service or sales experience-
- Previous coaching/training/mentoring/managing experience-
- Proficient with technology-
