As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events. The successful candidate will be reliable, professional in appearance, have a strong work ethic, and good attention to detail. Availabilityfornights and weekends is required. Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise banquet staff during events, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service. Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications. Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and provide personalized service. Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of banquet rooms after events. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: At least 1 year of Banquet Captain or Supervisoryexperience in a restaurant or hotel. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Employee Canadvantage Rewards Program.
