Product Manager

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Are you a technology enthusiast with a strong background in Product Management looking to make your next move?
We are FRAMOS, an international product-driven technology company of more than 180 amazing people from all over the world. We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team to help take our products to the next level.
Listening to our customers and the problems they face is the foundation of how the Product Management team will build their product strategies and drive innovation into the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will perform objective financial analysis of historical sales and forecast
- You will make go/no go recommendations based on market data
- You will establish a pricing model that will drive growth for the top and bottom line
- You will formulate go-to-market strategies centered around a products ability to solve market problems
- You will work with FRAMOS internal R&D, Marketing, Support and Sales teams to voice the strategic value of the product
- You will be the accountable product owner when driving key phases of the NPI process
- You will be talking to customers, gathering data and doing detailed independent analysis
- You will identify, articulate and leverage FRAMOS’s unique abilities to deliver value to the market
- You will develop a strategy for winning against the competition
- You will communicate the vision and key phases of deliverables for the product roadmap
- You will have knowledge of market priorities translated into innovated product requirements
- You will tailor the product roadmap to the greater FRAMOS strategic direction

The role is based in our office in Ottawa with some opportunities to work remotely.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
As our Product Manager, you live and breathe our company core values in all of your activities and drive them through your team. Besides being an excellent communicator and agile mind,
- You have technical Product Management experience in either an electronics hardware or software role, experience in the vision/imaging industry is beneficial
- You have an Engineering and/or Business degree
- You are able to travel (up to 30%)
- You have a strong analytical mindset
- You are detail-orientated by nature; you enjoy being involved in the hundreds of small decisions that are necessary in order to make a product customers love
