SECURITAS Healthcare provides enterprise solutions that transform the operations, asset management and patient safety of healthcare organizations. Our Product Management team is looking for an energetic and passionate product manager to join our team.
As Product Manager, you will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, as well as strong detail-orientation and the drive to make that vision a reality.
You must be great in front of customers and able to spend time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market.
You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work closely with multiple engineering counterparts to define product release requirements. You will work with marketing communications to help educate the field about your products by helping to develop sales and training materials and other marketing communication.
You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, including: product roadmap, priority management, managing requirements backlog, prototyping, communication and product ownership with respect to engineering teams, product launch process, documentation and field-enablement.
**Responsibilities**
- Understanding, defining, prioritizing and communicating product requirements, including full responsibility for PRD's (Product Requirements Document) and the product roadmap.
- Managing the product lifecycle from beginning to end, including betas/early field-testing as well as the launch and release processes.
- Working with Industry Solution team and customers to define requirements for current and future products.
- Carefully guiding development, including acting as the Product Owner (SCRUM) to execute product designs.
- Development of both internal and external product marketing materials (datasheets, sales training, etc.) Methodically manage the product life cycle
- Conducting discussions with the market to both discover new opportunities and validate defined solution strategies.
- Collaborating with user experience, training and documentation teams to deliver a full solution to the market.
- Driving for customer success, not just market availability.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ year's experience in successfully building and launching excellent products
- 1+ year's experience with user-centric aspects of software development: UX, UI design.
- 1+ year's experience with product management and development methodologies (Agile)
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites (less than 20%).
