**Position Summary**:
As Product Manager, your will manage the full product life cycle by coordinating all involved teams from R&D to manufacturing. Define, with product marketing, the product roadmap. Technically support the organization to promote sell and deliver products.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Gather technical features as well as known custom field requests, write the Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), communicate and have it validated.
- Coordinate different teams in order to launch products.
- Responsible for product messaging, competitive differentiation.
- Responsible for product collaterals and customer facing interactions.
- Responsible for all product related to the technical documentation and the trainings.
- Lead first customer delivery.
- Provide product maintenance during product life.
- Responsible to coordinate projects priority management.
- Responsible to handle End Of Life communication and forecast.
- Responsible to compute initial product costing, track it during product life, identify and drive all product cost reduction opportunities.
- Support the supply chain in the demand forecast.
- Manage the risk through multi-sourcing, risk orders, capacity booking, migrations, backup,
- Provide required inputs for the standardization strategy and intellectual property law.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field of technical study with a minimum of 8 years of overall product management experience or Master’s degree in field with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- Good experience (3 years) in R&D, Standards, product management, in high-tech environments.
- At least 5 years of demonstrated product marketing experience on B2B environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- At least 4 years of previous experience supporting the full life-cycle of a product.
- Excellent Team player with proven ability to accomplish goals through collaboration.
- Ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity leveraging problem solving skills and a willingness to learn with only high-level direction.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Product marketing experience on hardware based products.
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field of technical study.
- Marketing related qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Project management certification.
- Bilingual in English & French would be asset.
