**About The Role**
Wise Publishing is a digital publisher of personal finance advice and information aimed at helping people in the U.S. and Canada make sense of finance. We're a group of talented, passionate people who believe that consumers deserve the best possible information to help them make smart choices.
We are searching for an enthusiastic Digital Editor to make an attractive web presence for our company.
Support the paid advertising efforts for the Performance Marketing team. Coordinate interdepartmentally and externally. Increase success rate for paid campaigns. Increase revenue and profit from paid campaigns.
**Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end management of paid campaigns and partnerships, with special emphasis on display performance marketing.
- egular and specific communication with other departments to ensure that the needs of the Performance Marketing team are met. This includes handling issues with display monetization and with partner payouts.
- Develop a strong strategic plan to drive increased revenue and profit from paid campaigns.
- Foster a strong understanding of the paid marketing process in all members of the performance marketing team.
- Oversee test campaigns for display buys internally and externally and ensure that ad creative is tested
- Build projections for internal display campaigns and agency partnerships.
- Use projections to make strategic decisions about partners, payouts, and platforms for promotion.
- Manage relationships with external partners and ensure that all agencies follow the correct process.
- Collect, evaluate, interpret, and share data from performance marketing campaigns with stakeholders.
- Use data to optimize campaign strategies and processes.
- Research and understand the consumer base for internal buys and agency partners
- Be the SME on which display partners and platforms work well together and how to optimize them
**Outcomes**
- Internal campaigns produce more reliable results with a positive ROI
- External agencies are producing reliable results with a positive ROI
- Margin increases
- Performance Marketing RoadMap is shared with Leadership and updated quarterly.
- All team members are managing internal display platforms and external display agencies
- Projections are shared with Leadership and external partners as needed.
- Meets regularly with RevOps to discuss opportunities and share data. Meets regularly with Content to discuss content ideas and optimization opportunities.
- Build a centralized process for all display buys and agency onboarding and process.
- PM meetings are focused on performance data.
- Revenue and GP increase.
