Sales and Events Coordinator

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Doing weekly orders as needed to maintain supply of liquor, beverage, snacks and other supplies that may be needed to stock all F&B outlets
- Produce proper communication statements to engage with the employees and guests
- Programing menus into Pixel Point POS System and Event Pro 360
- Inventory controls of restaurant, bar, beer cart and 10th Tee
- Assist guests regarding catering menu items in an informative and helpful way
- Ensuring that all F&B outlets are following cleaning protocols
- Making sure inventories are up to date and performed monthly
- Making sure guests and members leave with a positive experience
- Be aware of all Restaurant Environment, Health & Safety Procedures including Emergency Evacuation
- Liaising and communicating effectively with all employees and other departments
- Developing & cultivating strong working relationships with all stakeholders (guests & colleagues alike)
- Performing other F&B duties as assigned or directed by the F&B manager
- Oversee all sales and events operations with the direction and approval of the F&B manager
- Assists to analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Project future needs for goods, supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly
- Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for opening, closing, and weekly duties
- Perform onboarding duties for new employees as well as orientation
- Follow sales leads, coordinate banquet details, create BEOs, invoicing, etc.
**Experience**
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as Front of House Supervisor or Sales and Events coordinator in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, conference center or golf club is required
- High school Diploma, or College and /or University degree in Hospitality, P.R. or business is an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Should possess a professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player
- Ability to give written and verbal communications, instructions, and/or training to all staff in the service side of all F&B outlets
- Must have excellent English skills
- Must be bondable
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, POS systems, and Banquet Systems
