**What you will do**:

- Demonstrate functional knowledge of skip tracing techniques.
- Process Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTS) and wires for merchants as needed.
- Resolve an established number of cases of Merchants debt to Global Payments
- Contact all merchants indebted to GP as outlined in the process to result in recovery.
- Manage working list of all items in collection to Global Payments.
- Review and request supporting documentation where appropriate.
- Reserve / release merchant funds where appropriate.

**What we’re looking for**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, but preferably a bachelor's degree in finance or economics
- Bilingual French/English
- Preferably six months of previous collection experience
- Detail oriented with the ability to comprehend numerical and financial data
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding problem solving skills with a high degree of confidence and professional maturity
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in a clear, concise and professional manner
