**About**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Risks & Operations, the Inventory Finance Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for overseeing MHCCA inventory finance portfolio risks and take different actions to prevent and limit potential losses. Notably, you will review inventory inspections/audit results, communicate with customers and partners to address different situations as they arise and escalate any potential problems with the department managers. You will also initiate projects to mitigate risks related to inventory financing and support portfolio reporting needs for the inventory finance division. This role is key to support a healthy growth for our inventory finance division.

**Responsibilities**:

- Review inventory inspection results.
- Communicate with customers and address any issue arising from inventory inspection.
- Determine and recommend different actions to be taken to prevent and minimize potential losses.
- Help customers with questions related to inventory financing.
- Collaborate with the team on different initiatives.
- Participate and collaborate with the implementation of policies and procedures.
- Work to optimize processes and mitigate risks.
- Support operations, credit and sales with different related tasks
- Any other related tasks within the inventory finance division

**The profile we are looking for**:

- Experience in finance or any pertinent field
- Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
- Bilingual (English and French) to serve clients from all provinces and United-States;
- Autonomy
- Strong communication skills
- Action oriented and quick decision-making process
- Good judgment
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, more specifically Excel
