Our large banking client is looking for a Trade Support Specialist

**Trade Support Specialist Responsibilities**:

- The Trade Support Analyst is responsible for trade activities, including trade confirmation, overseeing trade settlement, and reconciliation of trade-related activity in client accounts.
- Work with Front Office, P&L, Back Office, Third-party vendors, and Application Support to resolve operational and booking issues
- Monitoring of operational risk by providing proper Front Office Support and ensuring the risk of fraud is set to a minimum level.
- Document detailed procedures and review and enhance support guides to share with team members.
- Ensure accurate trading positions in FO system; the daily goal is to correct all discrepancies originated by system bugs, input mistakes, and information loss
- Demonstrate planning & organizational skills to meet the demands of operational processing

**Trade Support Specialist Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of back-office experience
- Nice to have experience is Derivatives
- Excellent English communications skills
- Must have a degree from an excellent school
- Must reside in Quebec

Additional pay:
