We are looking for a skilled _**Traffic Control Manager (TCM)**_ to join our team.

**Key Qualifications**
- 5+ years supervising large scale traffic management sites and multiple crews (5+ TCPs)
- Strong knowledge of the BC Traffic Management Manual for Work on Roadways.
- Highly skilled in people management.
- Ability to read, understand, and create Traffic Management Plans.
- Excellent industry contacts and customer service skills.
- Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Certificate (or equivalent).
- Valid BC Drivers’ license.

**Key Duties**
- Trains, manages, and oversees the Traffic Control department.
- Recruits and grows the Traffic Control department and business.
- Allocates and schedules TCPs, Supervisors, and Trucks, working with industry partners to sub-contract work as needed (both for our TCPs if unscheduled, and for our sites if understaffed).
- Creates Traffic Management Plans for DME projects.
- Writes incident reports as required.
- Maintains and fosters professional relationships with clients.
- Ensures a safe, secure and healthy work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
