You will work closely with a team of traffic controllers and collaborate with project managers to implement traffic management plans.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of traffic controllers (Flaggers or TCPs & LCTs), providing guidance and support.
- Develop and implement traffic control plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure smooth traffic flow during construction projects and special events.
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential traffic hazards and recommend appropriate control measures.
- Monitor traffic conditions, respond to incidents, and make real-time adjustments to traffic control strategies.
- Train and educate traffic control staff on safety procedures, traffic regulations, and proper use of equipment.
- Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, equipment inventory, and staff attendance.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in traffic control or related field.
- Valid traffic control certification or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of traffic control techniques, regulations, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
