We are seeking a Traffic Control person to play a vital role in keeping workers, drivers, and pedestrians safe at our construction site in Langford, BC.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Direct traffic safely through and around active work zones
  • Set up and take down traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades)
  • Communicate with crew and motorists to ensure a safe flow of traffic
  • Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control as needed
  • Always wear and maintain proper PPE
  • Follow WorkSafeBC and Ministry of Transportation regulations
  • Perform labourer work as required when no flagging work is needed

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of experience as a construction labourer or flagger
  • Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification – REQUIRED
  • Previous experience is an asset, but not required
  • Physically fit & able to work outdoors in all weather
  • Clear communication skills & a strong commitment to safety
