Spa space incudes: Manicure station, pedicure chair, facial room, waxing/tinting room, massage therapy room, disinfection area, laundry on-site.

Full spa rental without service supplies included: $1000/monthly.

Full spa rental with all service supplies included: $1500/monthly.

Willing to negotiate costs upon space(s) needed.

- Manage your own schedule and client appointments within the rented spa space, ensuring a seamless experience for every guest.
- Deliver a wide range of beauty and wellness services including Nail care, Facial treatments, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and deep tissue massage.
- Conduct product demos and consultations to educate clients on skincare lines, retail products, and treatment options.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations; ensure all equipment is properly sanitized after each use.
- Engage actively with clients through social media management to promote your services, share updates, and build a loyal community.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering professional recommendations, and upselling relevant treatments or products.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations will be provided.
- Collaborate with other practitioners in the space to foster a positive environment that encourages referrals and cross-promotion.

- Strong management skills with the ability to operate independently while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in social media management to effectively market services and engage with clients online.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to beauty and wellness services; commitment to maintaining a hygienic environment.
- Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
