We are currently hiring a full-time **Spa Supervisor** to join our team.

**Role Overview**:
The **Spa Supervisor** role is **facility-focused**, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Cedar & Steam to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This **hands-on** position emphasizes maintaining a five-star experience through **cleanliness**, organization, and a welcoming atmosphere. The **Spa Supervisor** leads by example, fostering a positive environment while ensuring the **facility meets strong standards of cleanliness and organization**, providing a consistent five-star experience for our guests. Reporting directly to the Spa Manager, this role requires open availability to support spa operations, including weekdays, evenings until 11 PM, and weekends.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facility Maintenance**:Ensure the facility maintains cleanliness, organization, and functionality to provide a consistent five-star experience for guests. Work with the team to ensure that all equipment is in working order, regularly sharing updates on facility conditions with the Assistant Spa Manager and Spa Manager.

**Staff Training and Development**:Motivate and coach the team to prioritize facility upkeep, emphasizing attention to detail that enhances the overall spa environment. Assist in training and mentoring staff.

**Leadership and Team Collaboration**: Oversee team performance and foster a supportive atmosphere for effective collaboration. Supervise staff, providing coaching and administering feedback as needed.

**Health and Safety**: Promote a culture of health and safety within the team, demonstrating knowledge of best practices. Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies and conducting regular assessments.

**Customer Satisfaction**:Support guest experiences as they arrive, throughout their visit, and as they leave. Build genuine connections and relationships through interactions, utilizing problem-solving skills as needed to ensure guests receive the exceptional experience they expect.

**Administrative Duties**:Assist with communications, managing guest profiles, completing guest transactions, supporting bookings as needed, and utilizing scorecards and other tools implemented to elevate the team.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a spa, health club, or hospitality industry, with a **focus on cleaning and facility maintenance**. Familiarity with MindBody software is preferred. Experience in customer service, with an emphasis on health and wellness environments.
- **Skills**: Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and critical thinking skills. Customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent time management capabilities. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of health club operations and/or spa services. Knowledge of health and safety practices, including sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
- **Personal Attributes**: Highly motivated, energetic, and proactive. Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to **cleanliness**. Ability to build strong relationships and lead a team effectively.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
