Key Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional inbound call experience for patients, with a warm and friendly demeanour.

Answer calls quickly and professionally, helping callers feel welcomed and well-cared for.

Manage each interaction with a “10X-level” enthusiasm, creating memorable experiences for each caller.

**Requirements**:
You’re a customer care rockstar who brings energy, compassion, and patience to every conversation.

Comfortable with tech and virtual communication tools; we operate in the “metaverse” (a new take on virtual conferencing).

Strong, reliable high-speed internet, a suitable computer, and a noise-canceling headset.

Friendly, professional, and upbeat—able to deliver a magical customer experience.

Ability to work independently from a quiet home setup.

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong preference for early-career professionals (must be comfortable with technology)

Prior experience in customer service is a bonus but not required; we care most about your attitude and delivery
