Hello ,

I am An Independent Realtor and Mortgage Specialist and need help with Social Media Content Creator and office and Admin Work. I am looking to Hire a Full Time or Part Time (25 - 37 Hours Weekly ) Experienced ( Great Skills with social Media creations on all platform) Office & Paper Work Admin.

You Must have:
IF YOU ARE HARDWORKING AND SMART, I WILL SHARE MY GROWTH WITH YOU.
- Minimum of 1 years of Experience as a Real estate Admin or Secretary Or a SOLID MARKETING AND CONTENT CREATION - SEO, FB, INSTA, LINKEDIN EXPERT.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills in English language
- knowledge of uploading and making changes to the listing.
- Professional telephone manners. Answer and redirect incoming telephone calls
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher & Adobe Photoshop
- Social Media Marketing Knowledge.
- Bold and Confident for making cold calls
- Should have the ability to improve and work on web based and crm programs.
- Able to complete work without supervision
- FRIENDLY, TEAM PLAYER and able to take direction
- Comfortable in a small and growing environment and as well as slow pace during slow times
- Must be a QUICK LEARNER
- Must be A very Systematic person.

In some time you may also have an option to work one day from Home.

**Job Type**: Part Time / Full-time

**Salary**: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour

Part-time hours: 20 - 35 per week
