Position Type: Part-Time leading to Full-Time

Location: Primarily Brampton Office; Scheduled travel to Toronto, Waterloo, and on-location events

Brands: GLOW College, GLOASIS Wellness Clinic, Everglow Care Solutions, and Director's Professional Branding

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Video and Social Media Content Creator to develop, produce, and publish daily content across our college, clinic, and care center brands. This role also includes creating polished and consistent personal branding content for our Director.

You will be responsible for capturing and editing videos and images, managing posting schedules, maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels, and supporting the marketing and storytelling goals of each business unit.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Production

  • Plan, film, and edit high-quality videos and images daily for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes footage, student activities, clinic services, care center programs, events, and Director-led initiatives.
  • Produce professional and engaging personal branding content for the Director (reels, interviews, day-in-the-life videos, thought-leadership clips, etc.).
  • Create social media overlays, graphics, thumbnails, and captions aligned with brand standards.

Brand & Social Media Management

  • Maintain consistent visual and messaging branding across all brands.
  • Develop content calendars and coordinate posts for multiple properties.
  • Optimize content based on platform best practices, trends, and algorithms.
  • Assist in monitoring engagement, responding to comments/messages, and tracking basic analytics.
  • Initiate shoots and plan events.
  • Assist with PR initiative.

Travel & On-Site Coverage

  • Work primarily from the Brampton office.
  • Travel to Toronto and Waterloo campuses regularly for content capture.
  • Attend on-location events, pop-ups, shows, training workshops, conferences, and community activities as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, photography, and social media content creation.
  • Post-secondary education in Film, Media, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube posting requirements, trends, formats, and analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with mobile editing apps and desktop software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop/Canva).
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily deadlines, and manage multiple brand identities simultaneously.
  • Strong storytelling abilities and creative direction.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be ab to travel for shoots and events.

Skills & Attributes

  • Highly creative with a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Comfortable directing people on camera for natural and engaging results.
  • Strong understanding of short-form and long-form video styles.
  • Organized, proactive, and flexible with changing priorities.
  • Passion for the beauty, wellness, education, and care sectors is an asset.
  • Able to recruit and manage interns to assist with productions and content creating when required.
