**Job purpose**
The Human Resources Coordinator will use his/her knowledge, expertise and focus to recruit talent and provide advice to employees and management on policy interpretation, employee relations and conflict resolution. In this role, the incumbent will also support the General manager in the planning and implementation of various human resources initiatives and projects.
**Responsabilities**
- Manage the entire recruitment process
- Plan with managers the integration of new employees;
- Contribute to the development of performance improvement plans;
- Update existing policies and ensure that they are still in compliance with applicable laws;
- Administrative management of employee files;
- Managing the dayforce HRIS (Ceridian) and updating it according to the various changes;
- Manage personnel transactions, such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance evaluations;
- Benefits management and disability files;
- Production of performance indicator reports;
- Management of training and development through the implementation of training plans with managers and the signing of service agreements;
- Work in collaboration with the Corporate HR team, participate in the review and development of existing programs;
- Develop new programs and policies (integration program, dress code, etc.) in collaboration with the various stakeholders;
- Advise and support managers in the management of performance and/or behavioral problems;
- Ensure, with the various stakeholders, the administration and implementation of OHS programs;
- Management of the health and safety committee;
- Drafting and translation of documents (disciplinary measures, letters of confirmation of employment, etc.);
- Payroll processing and tax forms (Payroll, Record of Employment, T4 and RL-1, director fees);
- Conduct exit interviews and debrief with the manager;
- Other related tasks.
**Degree**
University degree in Human Resources/Industrial Relations or related field.
**Experience, knowledge**
- 3 to 5 years experience in human resources in a similar role;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and English;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office environment;
- CHRP member (asstet)
- Experience with HRIS (asset).
