Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Cardinal Towing is seeking a dedicated Dispatch professional to join our team full time and play a crucial role in our operations.

Cardinal Towing is a leading provider of towing and roadside assistance services in the Markham/Stouffville area. Our commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction has earned us a strong reputation within the community. We take pride in our team's dedication to providing timely and reliable assistance to drivers in need.

As an integral member of our office team, we need someone to perform the following job responsibilities:

- Coordinating and scheduling towing and roadside assistance services for customers.
- Accurately recording customer information, service details, and vehicle information in our database.
- Operate radio equipment
- Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with tow truck drivers to ensure timely arrivals and efficient service.
- Assisting with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and paperwork.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

We currently require someone who possesses the following skill set:

- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in dispatching, clerical work, or customer service is a plus.

This shift schedule can include weekends.

We are currently unable to offer any work from home positions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.16 per hour
