**Surgenor Automotive Group** is currently seeking an energetic, outgoing and passionate individual to join our team as a **Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant**.

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet all clients, in person and by phone, with a friendly attitude
- Take and receipt payments for the sales department and for parts and service after hours
- Sort delivered vehicle files, verify warranty information and proper incentive submissions have been completed
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and faxes
- Maintain a clean workspace, manage office supplies inventory and filing cabinets
- Other duties as requested by management
**REQUIREMENTS**
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Fluently bilingual
- Ability to easily adapt to various computer software programs
- Proven Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Most important of all, a great attitude and a willingness to continually learn

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
