Racking Installer and Supervisor

We currently have openings for the following position's Racking Installers and Supervisor

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our growing installation team

Hours are typically Monday-Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm.

We do offer weekend work and out of town work occasionally.

We do offer a competitive wage and it will be based on experience and what you bring to the table.

We supply all tools and your Personal Productive Equipment, you are required to have your own Steel Toe foot wear

We offer outings at certain points of the year, celebration of Birthday's, Team Meetings and lunches, Safety Boot Allowance and Medical Benefits too.

Use of power tools and heavy lifting and previous racking experience would be ideal

Duties will include:
**Installer's**:

- Installing pallet racking, shelving and other warehouse storage systems
- Help ensure systems are built according to approved plans, specifications and applicable building codes
- Ensure high quality standards of material and installation
- Manage product inventory
- Use of Power Tools
- Heavy Lifting
- Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Awareness of and respect for safety regulations

**Supervisor**:

- Create and inspire team environment with open communication
- Daily Communication with CEO
- Daily communication with Team Lead
- Tool box talks with Installers at the beginning of each job/Project (start day off and go to next)
- Delegate Tasks to Installers, Milestones, daily expectations
- Ability to read drawings
- Oversee Multiple job’s/Projects on a daily basis Co-ordinate tools and materials and ensure everything is available at the site
- Ensure Racked out Health and Safety policy is adhered to
- Notification to office of employee issues relating to tardiness, Sick days, Health and Safety infractions
- Reprimand Employees when needed
- HR to

Assist, but also Susan needs to know to ensure employees files are updated
- Resolve any issues or conflicts at the site level Employee or Customer issues
- Monitor staff and Monitor progress of Job/Project to ensure completion as per quote
- Assist with Walk Thru’s and estimating
- Motivate all staff, Train, mentor
- Pickup supplies from Shop as needed
- Report throughout the day
- Ensure tools are in good working order
- Main point of contact to our Customer’s/Clients
