KORE Ventures, one of the largest Irrigation and Landscape Lighting companies in the Lower Mainland, they are looking for a motivated **Junior Irrigation Technician** to join their Service team This position is to service the North Delta, Surrey and Langley city area. The role is crucial in maintaining efficient irrigation systems that support our clients' landscaping needs.

**Job description**:
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent. Monday to Friday

**Pay**: $27.00-$40.00 per hour, 40 hours per week

As a **Junior Irrigation Technician** at Kore Irrigation, your role requires both technical skills and personal attributes:
**Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of irrigation equipment.
- Collaborate with landscape teams to integrate irrigation solutions effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of irrigation system performance and repairs.
- Provide recommendations for system upgrades or improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations regarding water usage.
- Educate clients on proper irrigation practices and system maintenance.
- **At least 2 years of experience in servicing, repairing and troubleshooting irrigation systems, as well as performing Start-ups and Winterizations**:

- Have excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Value honesty and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of workmanship with a strong work ethic
- **Certified Irrigation Technician Level 1 (preferred, not required)**:

- **Cross Connection Certification (preferred, not required)**:

- Snow and Salt management as required

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a **Junior Irrigation Technician** or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to irrigation systems.
- Familiarity with horticulture and landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the job.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license.
