**Summary of Position**

At SUNRISE KITCHENS, our people are our greatest assets. We are a modern cabinet manufacturing company in Surrey and are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our team in the role of the Junior Service Technician. In this position, you will be assisting the Senior Service Technician by servicing (repair, finish or install residential cabinets, parts, or hardware) on the job site. Exceptional customer care and satisfaction skills are required when communicating with external and internal customers.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Junior Service Technician, you will be responsible for the following:
**1.** **Site Appointments**
- Pick up replacement parts/cabinets and deliver to site
- Loading and unloading
- Work with Senior Service Technicians and complete on-going site work

**2.** **Service Appointments**
- Usage of hand tools and relative techniques to repair damaged cabinets or hardware

**Employment Requirements**
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs. of equipment etc.
- Positive attitude, courteous manner, personality and flexibility

**Skills and Experience**
- Some experience with hand tools such as drills, impact driver, circular saw, or jig saw but not required
- Strong communication, problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills.
- Works well under stress in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
