Receptionist/administrative Support

We are looking for a Receptionist who is also happy to provide administrative support to others. Would you like to work in a small professional office? Do you enjoy making clients happy by cheerfully responding to their requests and welcoming them to the office? Do you like to keep busy with a variety of tasks, with no two days the same?
Responsibilities also include ensuring practitioners’ appointment calendars are current and up-to-date, preparing and sending correspondence, performing other administrative duties, processing all receivables, and ensuring office supplies are available.
You’ll be successful in this position if you have the following qualifications: a diploma in business/office administration from a recognized educational institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience; one year’s related experience in office administration and reception working with related office equipment; intermediate level of proficiency with computers, databases, Microsoft Word, and Google Mail.
An Office Administration diploma is considered an asset as well as experience in health clinic and in dealing with insurance companies and on-line billing.
You will work Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
**Salary**: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
