**Position Overview**
We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking **Production & Sanitation Associate** who takes pride in keeping things spotless and running smoothly. If you’re someone who finds satisfaction in a job well-cleaned, enjoys routine, and values consistency, this role may be perfect for you.

As part of our production team, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our equipment and processing environment—ensuring the highest standards of food safety and product quality. You’ll work alongside our production and quality assurance teams to help ensure our dairy products are processed in a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

**Responsibilities**
- **Cleaning & Sanitizing Equipment**: Dismantle, clean, sanitize, and reassemble processing and packaging equipment following daily and weekly sanitation schedules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- **Facility Cleanliness**: Maintain cleanliness of production areas, floors, walls, drains, and other surfaces. Ensure all cleaning tasks meet food safety and regulatory standards.
- **Quality Control Support**: Assist in ensuring all cleaning records are accurately maintained and that equipment is properly sanitized before use.
- **Routine Checks**: Perform visual inspections to identify any cleanliness or sanitation issues. Take initiative in correcting and reporting problems.
- **Record Keeping**: Complete and maintain cleaning logs, sanitation checklists, and other documentation as required.
- **Safety & Compliance**: Follow all safety procedures, including the proper use of chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE). Contribute to a safe and hygienic work environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the production and QA teams to ensure cleanliness supports smooth operations and food safety standards.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a food production, janitorial, or sanitation role is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person.
- A strong eye for detail and a genuine passion for cleaning and maintaining high standards.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in a physically active role and in a food production environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends, as needed.
