**We are currently seeking to hire a FULL-TIME IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST for our HAMILTON, BRAMPTON, AND MISSISSAUGA locations. **As the **IT Support Specialist**, you will play a key role in delivering responsive and effective IT support services on-site and remote.
**Who We Are**:
Sierra Supply Chain Services (a division of Eastern Meat Solutions) provides protein (poultry, beef, pork) solutions to the food processing and distribution sector. We simplify supply chain services and provide expanding value to the protein sector across our three locations in Brampton, Hamilton, and Mississauga.
**What You will Be Doing/Position Details**:
- Help develop internal IT processes and maintain documentation
- Support various IT projects
- Assist with security and disaster recovery planning
- Deliver IT at scale during a time of growth
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience providing IT support services with a related educational background and/or relevant certifications
- Knowledge of troubleshooting user endpoint devices: computers, tablets, docks, printers, scanners, phones
- Experience working with Windows clients, Active Directory, Terminal Server, Office 365 apps, Teams and Zoom solutions
- Good understanding of networking concepts
- Creative at problem solving and result oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Commitment to continuous improving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
