**Partner Marketing Manager**

In this role, you’ll be helping to expand and redefine our B2B partner ecosystem.You’re a hands-on, self-motivated person who can collaborate cross-functionally to attract, nurture and retain software development partners. To thrive in this role, you’ll need experience working with developers and some knowledge of development tools.

This is a remote-first hybrid role offering best of both worlds, with a mix of focus time and in-person collaboration. Team members meet once a week in the Vancouver office and monthly for in-person social events to make connections and have fun.

We are a lively group of technologists who are passionate about computer vision and know how to have fun. At the end of each month you’ll find us bowling, playing archery tag, having a BBQ or perfecting our axe-throwing techniques

**What You’ll be Doing/Role & Responsibilities**:

- Understand Dynamsoft’s portfolio of Computer Vision development tools and our customers’ business needs
- Develop ISV recruitment campaigns and do hands-on follow-up to ensure growth of our partner ecosystem and drive engagement
- Help to redefine and evolve our existing partner program
- Develop partner messaging, content and enablement to support partner communications
- Manage communications with ISVs and roll-out launches to this channel
- Timely response to channel partner requests
- Work collaboratively with sales, technical support and marketing teams to ensure success of the ISV partner ecosystem
- Support special projects with marketing and business development

**About You/Qualification & Experience**:

- **5years’ experience in partner marketing or business development**

**- Experience building relationships with software partners**

**- Strong knowledge of the tech industry**

**- Experience in B2B software**

**- Understanding of developer audience and some knowledge of software development tools is an asset (In-depth product training will be provided)**

**- Technical or business degree**

**- Experience working collaboratively with sales, marketing and technical teams**

**- Proven track record driving growth and client acquisition through partner marketing**
- Strong communications skills - verbal and written
- Strong ability to establish and nurture relationships

**Salary**: $43,563.71-$113,440.40 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
