**The Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Discuss repair requirements, open repair orders and ensure all paperwork is completed promptly and correctly
- Responsible for adhering to well established operating procedures
- Discuss repair requirements and answer inquiries from our customers
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders towards providing first class service
- Responsible to look up and order parts for repairs completed in the service area, as well as manage parts room in accordance to company protocols
- Gather warranty information for status reports, submit to suppliers, and maintain a systematic filing system for documentation

**Requirements**:

- A High school diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- A minimum of 2 (two) years’ of experience as a Service Advisor
- Parts or Warranty experience considered an asset
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, paired with exceptional organizational skills

**Shift**

This is a permanent Full Time position. Wednesday to Saturday, 10/hour work days.
