**Main responsibilities**
- Schedule appointments for truck service and repairs
- Service check-ins, triage and track workflow of vehicles through shop for a timely repair and return to service.
- Review previous work history, open recalls and outstanding services and advise customers on recommended repairs.
- Provide solution to address customer’s needs and wants
- Identify possible warrantable repairs in conjunction with the Service Manager
- Review account status and collect payments as and when required
- Filing of invoices and capturing data as required
- Consult with technicians about necessary repairs, estimates and alternative repair options.
- Distribution and allocation of work to technicians
- Communicate effectively with customers by advising on recommended repairs, services, estimates as well as warranty coverages, and giving feature/benefit presentations
- Ensure follow up to customers in a timely and efficient manner to provide ongoing updates on changes to services/vehicle repairs, estimates and repair completion
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors as required

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License with Driver’s Abstract acceptable to TDF Group’s Driver and Vehicle Safety Program
- Due to fiduciary responsibility, pre-hire Criminal Security Clearance and Credit Check is required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A technical aptitude
- Must be fluent in the English language
- Parts experience considered an asset
- A commitment to customer service and a team player
- Ability to solve problems independently following company guidelines and policies
- Strong computer skills and competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
