- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and communicate updates to customers.
- Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, ensuring compliance with dealership standards.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable advice to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive or dealership environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge or background in automotive repair is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Experience in upselling products or services is a plus.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer records and service orders.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences.
