**About the Role**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all elements are in place to process ADP payroll for our Head Office, Board, and retirees accurately and efficiently for Serenia Life.
- Maintains a superior level of service for all employees regarding payroll, pension and benefit inquiries
- Manage employee, retiree and Financial Representative benefit programs including new employees, changes, leaves and terminations
- Facilitate pension administration as the main point of contact for both employees and external partners
- Contribute to a positive employee experience by enhancing and conducting new employee on-boarding including supporting the completion of required documentation
- Manage the Joint Health & Safety Committee to ensure a safe environment is maintained
- Manage and update HR policy documents to ensure relevancy of information as needed
- Lead the coordination of payroll projects including budgeting, salary surveys, audits, employment equity reviews, testing and implementation of changes to the ADP payroll system
- Prepare reports to meet business requirements
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Post-secondary education and 5 or more years of payroll and HR experience
- PLP designation from the National Payroll Institute preferred
- MS Office with advanced Excel skills
- ADP Workforce Now experience an asset
- CHRP and Health & Safety designation are an asset
