JOB SUMMARYThe HR Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for the AskHR knowledge database, ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the team’s content strategy. Reporting to the AskHR Training and Knowledge Lead, this role plays a critical part in enabling client's colleagues globally to easily access HR-related information in a creative, conversational, and colleague-focused format. The analyst will also contribute to education initiatives by designing and delivering engaging training content for HR Operations. This position requires independence, proactive decision-making, and strong stakeholder collaboration to manage priorities and deliver results with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the content lifecycle: monitor requests, review and update articles, and complete annual content auditsAct as a trusted advisor: provide strategic guidance to content owners, embed colleague perspective, and recommend enhancements for clarity and usabilityLead stakeholder collaboration: engage with HR and business partners to assess project impacts and drive solutionsImplement new content strategy: prepare knowledge assets for major platform transitions, ensuring alignment with future-state requirementsEnsure compliance and quality: validate approvals, maintain governance standards, and document processes and proceduresContribute to education initiatives: collaborate with colleagues to design training content for the AskHR contact centerEducation RequirementsPost-secondary degree in HR, Business, Communications, or EnglishExperience RequirementsMinimum 3 years in an HR-related role or similar experience in knowledge/content managementExperience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Workday is an assetExceptional writing and communication skills with strong attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skillsDemonstrates a globally aware mindset and ability to adapt content for diverse audiencesBehavioral ExpectationsOperate with independence and proactive decision-makingBuild strong partnerships across HR and business stakeholdersConfidently manage priorities and anticipate impactsTake ownership of deliverables with minimal supervisionContribute to a colleague-focused, creative, and conversational knowledge environment Education: Bachelors Degree
