HR Specialist I

Job Responsibilities:

·
       

Monitor incoming requests, review and update articles, and ensure timely completion of annual content audits

·
       

Provide strategic guidance to content owners, ensuring the colleague perspective is embedded and recommending enhancements to improve clarity and usability

·
       

Independently engage with HR and business partners to assess project impacts on knowledge content and training, and drive solutions that meet both operational and colleague needs

·
       

Execute on the refreshed AskHR content strategy to prepare all knowledge assets for a major platform transition, ensuring alignment with future-state requirements

·
       

Validate content approvals, maintain governance standards, and document processes and procedures clearly

·
       

Collaborate with colleagues to determine any training content required for the AskHR contact centre

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

·
       
Post-Secondary Degree in HR, Business, Communications, or English

·
       
Minimum 3 years in an HR-related role or similar experience in knowledge/content management

·
       
Experience with Salesforce, SharePoint, and Workday

·
       
Exceptional writing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail

·
       
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

·
       
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

·
       
Demonstrates a globally aware mindset and ability to adapt content for diverse audiences
