Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and ensuring the smooth operation of the dental office. This is a part-time position With potential to grow into full time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments using Dentrix or similar software
- Manage patient records and update electronic medical records
- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims
- Collect payments and provide patients with billing information
- Assist with administrative tasks such as faxing, and scanning documents
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in terminology related to dental procedures an asset
- Experience using Dentrix or similar dental practice management software
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

We offer competitive pay based on experience.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
