Dalewood Dental Centre is looking for a full time experienced Dental Receptionist. The ideal candidate is warm, welcoming, proficient with computer, customer skills, and telephone etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily scheduling and appointment coordination
  • Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, billing, and insurance
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth front desk operations
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
  • Support follow-ups and recall systems

Familiar with dental software, ideally Tracker

Wages based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
