Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain Operations

**Job Overview**
We are a burgeoning e-commerce furniture brand committed to providing high-quality, innovative, and practical furniture products. In this exciting phase of growth, We are seeking an experienced Cross-border E-commerce Supply Chain Operations Manager to manage and optimize the supply chain processes for our cross-border e-commerce business. This role will ensure the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to customers, improving overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities and Tasks**
**1. Supply Chain Management**:
- Develop and implement cross-border supply chain strategies to support the company's business goals.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of products that meet quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management to optimize stock levels, reduce inventory costs, and minimize stockout risks.
**2. Logistics and Transportation**:
- Select and manage international logistics service providers to optimize transportation costs and time.
- Monitor the transportation process of goods, resolve logistics issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle import and export customs clearance to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
**3. Warehousing and Distribution**:
- Manage the operations of overseas warehouses to ensure efficient warehousing and distribution processes.
- Supervise warehouse inventory levels and order processing speed to enhance customer satisfaction.
**4. Order Management**:
- Optimize order processing systems to ensure order accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle customer order-related issues and provide efficient customer service.
**5. Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyze supply chain operations data to identify improvement opportunities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare regular operational reports to update senior management on supply chain performance.
**6. Cross-department Collaboration**:
- Work closely with procurement, sales, marketing, and finance departments to ensure supply chain operations align with the company's overall strategy.
- Coordinate cross-department projects to drive supply chain optimization and innovation.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce supply chain management, with team management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and cross-border logistics processes.
- Excellent data analysis skills, with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with personnel at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with international suppliers and customers.
- Legally able to work in New York, US.
Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
