We are currently seeking a Full-Time In-House Customer Service Representative with drapery hardware or industry-related experience to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide sales and service support to clients in the Interior Design Industry
- Create accurate and timely quotations for clients
- Perform general office duties, as needed
- Ensure high-quality customer service is provided to clients at all times
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the company's products and services
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs have been met and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to better serve clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients
- Act as a liaison between the client and the company's production team to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Contribute to the company's social media presence by creating content and engaging with followers, if needed

Qualifications:

- Experience in the drapery hardware or related industry
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy working with people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customers in a professional manner
- Creative mindset with a desire to succeed in your career

Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales support role preferred

Working Conditions: This is a full-time position based in-house at Textile Trimmings. The individual will work in an office environment and must be able to work effectively in a team-oriented atmosphere. The role may require occasional overtime to meet business needs.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits plan.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
