SHUWEI Company is located in Richmond, BC. We engaged in food production and import and export trade. The company’s signature products include Sichuan-style sausages, Sichuan-style bacon, ribs and ready-to-eat ham sausages. The company is looking for a Customer service to join.

Responsibilities will include:
1. Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls and dealing with problems and requirements.

2. Data entry and processing payments/making invoices

3. Contact and arrange order delivery

4. Manage inventory

5. Assist with administration and document processing

6. Other tasks required by manager

**Qualifications**:
・Willing to learn

・Fimilar with using software such as MS Office and Quickbook (Prefer)

**Language**:
・Chinese request

3.管理库存

4.协助行政和文件处理包含数据输入和处理付款/开具发票

5. 其他日常事项

1.无经验要求, 愿意学习

2. 熟练操作软件如 MS Office, Quickbook (优先考虑)
