**Main Duties and Responsibilities, but not limited**:

- Reception Coverage Duties: Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and team members.
- Documentation: Assist in preparing, organizing, and managing client documents and records with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries and follow up on their requests, ensuring timely and efficient service.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate high-school, or higher
- Experience in immigration services/RCIC license is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, admin or marketing.
- Be familiar in operating and leveraging platforms such as WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for outreach.
- Fluency in English (minimum IELTS 6.0 or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
