We are looking to hire a Skilled Sand Blaster/Internal Coater/Painter to join our team at Inclusive Energy in Crossfield, AB, with occasional visits to our Lloydminster locations.

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Follow Inclusive Energy’s safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with the site team on tank maintenance projects.
- Sandblast storage tanks and prepare surfaces for coating.
- Paint storage tanks (200 BBL to 1000 BBL) with attention to quality and detail.
- Maintain general site cleanliness and proper equipment care.
- Complete accurate and timely safety documentation.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving equipment, and operating small machinery.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience with storage tanks, including sandblasting.
- Experience with painting storage tanks, ranging from 200 BBL to 1000 BBL.
- Strong work ethic and ability to persevere through difficult weather conditions.
- Aptitude for operating small equipment, including but not limited to skid steers.
- Ability to manage weather and/or seasonal interruptions in the work schedule.
- Certifications in WHIMS, CSTS, and First Aid would be considered assets.
- Must be Fit-for-Work each day.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
